Augill Castle wedding photography

An Autumn wedding in Cumbria sounds perfect, but we do also really need the weather. Although it was cold Isobel and Alistair were lucky, as the sun shone for most of their wedding. A small number of guests and a ceremony late in the day meant this was one of the shortest weddings I’d photographed. However, with the castle setting, the roaring log fires  and the small number of guests, it meant that this wedding was a cosy intimate affair. This was my first visit to Augill Castle, and complete with the resident black Labrador it was a memorable one, and I know everyone had a wonderful time.

Isobel wrote this to me:

“Dear David, thank you for our wonderful photos, we love them all. We can’t thank you enough for preserving our memories and we know that we will look back at our photos many times reliving our wonderful day. Thank you, so much!”
