Portmeirion wedding photography

What a glorious setting for Kate and Paul’s wedding, a stunning hotel , amazing views over the bay and all set in a magical village known and famous for the iconic TV series from the 1960’s the Prisoner. The weather was poor however, it was cold, windy and it rained for nearly the whole day. The sky was grey and mirrored exactly what the great travel writer Bill Bryson once said: ‘Living in the UK is like living inside a Tupperware box.’ Kate got ready for her day in the magnificent Portmeirion hotel and then braving the cold and rain she walked up to the small quaint town hall to be married. Fantastic celebrations then took place, great speeches and some wonderful dancing. Weather? What weather?

The guys wrote to me:

“Thank you David for wonderful photos, you’ve captured the essence of the day and the emotion. We can’t thank you enough, we’re so happy.”
